




The IT Agent provides first- and second-level technical support to ensure reliable operation of end-user systems, IT infrastructure, and business applications. The position supports daily IT operations, incident resolution, and compliance with security and service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to internal users * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Support Windows and macOS environments * Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory, JumpCloud AD, and Microsoft 365 * Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs * Support onboarding/offboarding processes and basic security practices * Escalate complex incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed **Desirable (Plus)** * Experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf) * Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience * Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) * Relevant IT certifications Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
