Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage key processes ranging from recruitment to personnel administration and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes a positive work environment and internal communication. **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** PROFILE: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years leading the HR department. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is mandatory. KNOWLEDGE/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and Selection (recruitment channels, initial and in-depth interviews, overall talent attraction process) * Payroll * Labor legislation (contract management, application of regulations, policies and procedures, disciplinary actions, terminations) * Personnel administration (organizational structures, staffing plans, personnel file management) MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Coordination of interviews and follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Integration and control of personnel files. * Preparation of employment contracts and administrative documents. * Management of attendance records, absences, and vacation time. * Employee support and follow-up. * Onboarding and training processes. * Updating HR databases and generating HR reports. * Workplace climate and internal communication.
