Creative and professional architect to lead and supervise projects from conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams Key Responsibilities (main tasks) * Design and develop architectural drawings and conceptual models using CAD or other digital tools. * Manage projects from initial phases through to completion, meeting deadlines, budgets, and local regulations. * Conduct site visits and provide technical coordination with engineers, builders, contractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, building codes, and accessibility and sustainability standards. * Present design proposals to clients, prepare technical documentation, and participate in feasibility studies. Candidate Requirements * University degree in Architecture or related field (Bachelor's or Master's). * Proven experience * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Adobe Suite * Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, regulations, urban planning, and sustainable practices. * Soft skills: effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and attention to detail * Relevant national or international professional certification Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
