We are located in Benito Juárez, Mexico City, and are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience using ServiceNow ticketing tools (mandatory). * Experience in technical support and user assistance. * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, shared folders, and printer servers. * Ability to install and update software and applications. * Management of computer equipment and accessory inventory. * Skills in configuring and maintaining email accounts. * Ability to interact with users and team leaders. **Job Responsibilities:** * Installation and maintenance of computer equipment. * Tracking and closure of requirement and incident reports. * Coordination with the development team for escalation of requirements and incidents. * Weekend on-call support shifts. * Interaction with users and team leaders to ensure optimal system performance.
