Job Responsibilities * Assist in analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. * Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of new production tools, fixtures, and equipment. * Support data collection and analysis from production operations to identify trends and issues. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Assist in creating and updating process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design. * Conduct technical research and analysis as needed to support departmental projects. * Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Job Qualifications * Currently enrolled student in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) in final semesters. * Demonstrated interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and automation. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish. * Intermediate English level (technical reading and comprehension). * Availability to comply with the company’s established internship schedule. * Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
