The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in internal processes, implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen, and leading projects that drive efficiency and quality across the organization. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will work closely with various departments to analyze workflows, collect and analyze data, and propose innovative solutions that reduce costs, eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction. They must facilitate workshops, train staff on new methodologies, and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing progress reports, and presenting results to senior management.
