Summary: The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional teams and partners with clients to bring innovative label solutions to market for prestigious brands. Highlights: 1. We proudly serve the most prestigious and premium brands in the marketplace.* The **Senior Project Manager** will partner with Product Developers, Brand Managers and Procurement teams from our customers to bring to market the newest innovation and value engineering label solutions for their most prestigious brands. **Responsibilities:** ***1\. Team leadership and Management:*** * Lead and inspire cross\-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance work environment. * Represent the company’s vision with clients being able to successfully create a partnership and lasting business relationship. * Ability to drive and promote strategic innovation projects for clients * Collaborate along different functions in the organization to ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to achieve project objectives. * Resolve conflicts and issues within the team, escalating as necessary, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture. ***2\. Project Planning and Execution:*** * Develop and execute project plans involving both the company clients and internal resources, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. * Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders being able to rally the team around a common goal and providing timely updates regarding project status and changes. * Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. * Proactively identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and overall quality.
