Development of relationships with key clients and commercial negotiation Required Position: ***Laboratory Supervisor*** **Requirements**: * Age: 30 to 50 years * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience * Valid professional license (Cédula), degree certificate (Título), and notarized signature (Fiel) * Comprehensive laboratory expertise (Blood bank\-Laboratory Technician) * Educational background: Chemical Pharmacist-Biologist or Chemical Bacteriologist-Parasitologist **Responsibilities**: Experience in sample registration and documentation Experience as a Laboratory Supervisor with end-to-end responsibility Team formation and development Coordination between staff and requesting departments Quality standard control and monitoring Experience preparing all types of reports and completing assigned administrative tasks promptly Maintaining effective communication with the regional coordinator for service follow-up and clarification of any related queries or details Developing and strengthening relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement Managing client portfolios using personalized strategies and results-oriented approaches Negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements that generate sustainable value with physicians **COMPENSATION OFFER:** Benefits: Starting salary: $20,000\.00 per month (net) Statutory benefits and others Free uniforms If interested, please send your CV to: isabel.gonzalez@pagmedica.com Salary: $9,055\.91 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
