Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Conmutadores.* Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the customer.
