We are currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator. Overview: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of accounting processes within the firm. This includes reviewing the preparation of financial statements, supervising accounting records, validating taxes, and implementing internal accounting policies. Additionally, ensures compliance with tax and accounting regulations and supports the management of the accounting team. Roles and Responsibilities: Supervision and management of the accounting team. Preparation and review of financial statements. Ongoing review of compliance with tax obligations. Internal control and process improvement. Analysis and reporting of financial indicators. Coordination with external and internal auditors. Required Experience: Senior Accountant in an Accounting Firm or Practice: 1–3 years. Experience in auditing, tax filings, and preparation of financial statements. Advanced proficiency in accounting/payroll software tools. Experience in teamwork and personnel supervision. Technical Competencies: Advanced knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards. Preparation and analysis of financial reports and accounting analyses. Knowledge of applicable accounting and tax legislation. Training in leadership and group management. Competencies and Skills: Analytical ability, high attention to detail, and accuracy. Analytical capacity and results orientation. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. Proactive approach and problem-solving capability. Time management and critical thinking. Common-sense judgment. Desired Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. (Completed and certified). Verifiable experience of 3–4 years. (Previous roles: Coordinator, Senior Accountant). Prior personnel management experience (minimum of 3 direct reports).
