Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are looking for: **Foreign Career Advisor** ***Objective:*** Achieve the enrollment target for students by the end of each student recruitment cycle, working collaboratively and cross-functionally, using service and personalized attention as essential tools, supported by a differentiated strategy per high school that guarantees the best experience for our prospective students. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Execute prospecting strategies for first-year students. * Provide timely and accurate follow-up on the prospect database. * Deliver in-person or virtual support to prospects and their families at institutional events. * Support events organized by the Student Recruitment Department. * Maintain close relationships with upper-secondary education institutions. * Generate new market or revenue opportunities. * Carry out accurate and timely CRM management of follow-ups. ***Academic Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. ***Required Skills:*** MS Office, Conversational English. ***Competencies:*** Planning, organization, leadership, effective communication, results orientation, customer orientation. ***We Offer:*** Statutory benefits and a subsidized meal card (80% subsidy).
