**Position: Superintendent of Services – Hospital Construction (Oaxaca)** **Location:** San Lorenzo Cacaotepec, Oaxaca **Project:** Construction of Regional Hospital of High Specialty – 250 beds **Modality:** On-site – Full time **Hiring:** Fees / Contract for specific work **Job Description** We are seeking a **Superintendent of Services** with extensive experience in supervision and coordination of public works, who will be responsible for the **overall management of all assigned work fronts**, supervision of personnel under their charge, and direct liaison with the contractor, site management, and relevant authorities. Their primary role will be to ensure technical, regulatory, administrative, and safety compliance at every stage of the project, guaranteeing proper execution within established timelines, specifications, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all assigned work fronts. * Actively participate in planning, coordination, control, and execution of the project. * Monitor adherence to the overall construction schedule and propose preventive or corrective actions in case of delays. * Coordinate technical and operational staff on site. * Attend technical meetings, follow up on agreements, and report progress. * Review and apply applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site. * Participate in the preparation of technical reports, logs, official reports, and documentation. * Verify progress, drawings, and updated technical documentation. * Coordinate quality control activities with the respective supervisor. * Participate in project handover and obtaining the acceptance certificate. ✅ **Essential Requirements** * Professional degree and **license number** in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Minimum of 10 years of experience** in construction supervision, including at least one completed hospital project (new construction, expansion, or renovation). * **More than 3 years** leading teams of professionals in construction. * Proven experience in hospital infrastructure. * Proficiency in electronic logbooks and valid electronic signature. * Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations. * Experience in analysis of technical specifications, surveying, soil mechanics, and quality control. * Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. **We Offer** * Involvement in a project with significant social impact. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. * Professional development and growth opportunities.
