




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to perform equipment maintenance, configuration, and repair, as well as manage security and structured cabling. Key Highlights: 1. Structured cabling infrastructure project development **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in remote and/or on-site support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer systems · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computer systems and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of structured cabling infrastructure projects **Knowledge Requirements:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling knowledge · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician degree (Desirable) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
