Our team specializes in developing efficient and customized processes. **Job Description** We are seeking a CNC Programmer for a full-time, on-site position in Hermosillo, SON. You will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise part manufacturing. You will also closely collaborate with other departments to guarantee final product quality and production process optimization. **Requirements** * Experience in CNC programming and practical knowledge of machining processes. * Proficiency in G- and M-codes. * Knowledge of machining strategies (roughing, finishing, high-speed machining, etc.). * Ability to interpret 3D models and CAD files (STEP, IGES, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for accurate machine setup and operation. * Skills in process programming and machinery configuration for manufacturing. * Additional desirable qualities include attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
