Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for HP 300 and 700 printers to perform maintenance, demonstrations, and customer training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of printers 2. Assist in demonstrations and train customers 3. Participate in corporate events and industry trade fairs **It is a leading Mexican company specializing in the marketing of equipment, supplies, and solutions for the graphic arts, advertising, and textile sublimation industries.** **Technical Support\- Printers** **Responsibilities:** · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of printing machines in the demo room. · Assist the sales team during demonstrations, training customers on proper use of HP 300 and 700 equipment. · Actively participate in corporate events and industry trade fairs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics (recent graduates/interns) * Proficiency in operating HP 300 and 700 equipment. * Experience in maintenance of printing equipment * Availability to work on-site **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Gross monthly salary of $12,000. * Full IMSS registration (100%) * Bi-weekly payments. * Direct and immediate employment with the company. * Job stability. * Travel allowance payment. * **Statutory benefits** **Work Location:** **Algarín Neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, ZIP Code 06880, CDMX (near Chabacano Metro Station).** Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
