




Job Summary: This role performs hardware and software technical support activities to ensure operational continuity and efficient execution of functions for each workstation. Technical assistance to users for various tasks Objective To deliver hardware and software technical support to company users, along with related services and components, enabling efficient performance of each workstation’s functions while ensuring operational continuity. Responsibilities Backups: Aspel, Contpaq database CCTV camera inspection System email sending and receiving log review Printers Computer equipment formatting Email servers CPU corrective maintenance Computer equipment installation Hardware replacement Consumables inventory Fuel stamp supply control User support Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 100% payroll and statutory benefits.
