Irrigación, Miguel Hidalgo **Responsibilities** * Real-time monitoring of **CCTV** cameras and security systems. * Detection and reporting of incidents (intrusions, hazards, equipment failures). * Activation of protocols: verification calls, escalation, and follow-up. * Preparation of **logs**, reports, and evidence (screenshots, video clips, reference numbers). * Coordination with supervisors, security personnel, and/or authorities as applicable. * Safeguarding and backing up evidence per internal guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferred). * 1 year of experience as a monitoring operator (CCTV/control center) or similar role. * Basic PC and monitoring platform proficiency (Hikvision, Dahua, or similar preferred). * Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strict adherence to procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Career advancement * Training on monitoring protocols and tools **Interested candidates may apply through this channel**
