Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, leadership, and project development We seek a candidate with a positive attitude, self-motivation, enthusiasm for professional growth and learning, strong personal principles and values, good computer proficiency, familiarity with email systems, and excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities and Duties** · Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues by identifying appropriate solutions. · Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams. · Provide enterprise-level support to customers. · Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues. · Assist users with application and program installation. · For more complex cases, communicate with customers via telephone or provide clear written instructions. **Required Specific Knowledge:** · Advanced MATLAB programmer for application development, PLCs, and industrial networks, · Control, automation, and data analysis. · Programming knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs · Knowledge of control, automation, and pneumatics · Electrical knowledge · Ability to read electrical diagrams · Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and PLCs · Rockwell Automation software · AutoCAD · Microsoft Excel · Preferably experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems. · English proficiency is mandatory: 60% reading, 30% speaking, and 30% writing · Skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, leadership and project development, PLC installation, industrial electrical equipment installation, PanelView, etc. **Skills:** · Supervise compliance with internal work regulations and industrial safety standards. · Interact daily with customers to understand their needs and requirements and represent them on-site.
