This role is a hybrid between a developer (70%) and a Scrum facilitator (30%), capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring delivery quality and workflow smoothness across global projects. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Technical Leadership (70%):** Execute, review, and approve dynamic project deliveries, serving as the technical guide for the agile development team. * **Scrum Facilitation (30%):** Lead ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure Sprint goals are met. * **Management of Critical Projects:** Interact with various stakeholders to ensure developments align with strategic objectives. * **Negotiation and Workflow:** Facilitate workflow among developers, designers, and product teams, negotiating priorities under high-pressure conditions. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * **Recent BBVA Experience:** In-depth knowledge of the bank’s regulations and internal processes. * **Proficiency in a BBVA Technology:** Use of at least one proprietary BBVA technology (apx, cells, java, aso) (mandatory). * **Technology Stack:** Solid development experience. * **Cloud & DevOps:** Proficiency in cloud services (preferably **AWS**) and version control tools (**Git/Bitbucket**) (Desirable) * **Management Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Jira** (board creation, workflows, metrics, and automated rules). ### **Experience and Education** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Years of Experience:** Minimum **3\-5 years** in similar senior development and agile management roles. ### **Soft Skills (Key to Success)** * **High Frustration Tolerance:** Ability to maintain focus on critical projects and in constantly changing environments. * **Self-Management and Proactivity:** Ability to operate with minimal supervision and anticipate technical risks. * **Negotiation Skills:** Skill in managing expectations of internal clients and technical teams. * **Effective Communication:** Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions. ### **Position Details** * **Work Model:** Hybrid (Reference: Parques Polanco, CDMX). * **Availability:** Immediate availability for global projects. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
