This role oversees the creation and maintenance of a single Data Lake as the source of truth for transformation performance, ensuring alignment of teams and platforms with organizational standards and objectives. **Responsibilities:** * **Maintenance of the Consolidated Data Lake:** * Manage and maintain a Data Lake as the single source of truth for digital transformation project performance, integrating data from various platforms and projects (e.g., POD performance, Optimo, etc.). * Ensure the Data Lake is accessible, well\-organized, and updated with relevant, high\-quality data. * **Data Loading Management:** * Collaborate with Project Owners to ensure timely and accurate data loading into digital transformation platforms, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines. * Ensure loaded data is consistent, correct, and aligned with established standards for each transformation platform. * **Data Quality and Governance Oversight:** * Ensure data quality, verifying that governance processes are in place and properly followed. * Ensure all collected data complies with the organization’s transformation standards and policies. * Monitor compliance with data governance regulations and promote practices of integrity and transparency. * **POD Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** * Monitor and track the performance of PODs (multidisciplinary digital transformation project teams) and generate clear, actionable performance reports. * Guarantee proper measurement of KPIs and key metrics related to PODs and other digital transformation projects. * **Support for IT, Data, and People Management:** * Ensure support from IT, Data, and People teams from a data perspective, guaranteeing availability of necessary resources for appropriate data analysis and utilization. * Collaborate with different departments to ensure digital transformation processes receive required support in terms of data and technology. * **Support to Portfolio Lead with Insights for Decision\-Making:** * Provide the Portfolio Lead with validated data and detailed analysis enabling informed decisions regarding the digital transformation strategy. * Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential risks from collected data and analyze them to generate useful recommendations. * **Strengthening Internal Relationships to Ensure Consistency and Compliance:** * Establish Background:** + University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. + Postgraduate studies or additional training in Data Analytics, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or similar areas is a plus. * **Experience:** + Minimum 7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance in digital transformation projects or related areas. + Experience working with data analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.). + Knowledge of Data Lake management, data governance, and data quality. * **Technical and Personal Skills:** + Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in digital transformation projects. + Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in digital project environments. + Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools. + Ability to produce clear and comprehensible reports for senior leadership. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to
