**We are seeking a Public Works Project Assistant** * Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Availability for scheduling and travel. * Knowledge of NEODATA software (desirable) * Proficiency in Civil CAD and OFFICE suite * Desired experience of 1 to 2 years in public works. Responsibilities: * Executive infrastructure projects: Drinking water, deep wells, drainage, paving, and other public works. * Preparation of technical and economic proposals for: direct award, restricted invitation to at least 3 contractors. * Preparation of public works estimates and site logs. * Unit price analysis and concept cataloging. * Compilation of technical files and bidding documents. * Review of platforms (SISPLADE, RFT, FAIS, PADECO, etc.) desirable.
