Ensures safe, profitable, and efficient operations WE ARE SEEKING A GENERAL MANAGER \- Job Objective Lead, plan, coordinate, and control all administrative, financial, commercial, and operational activities of the transportation company, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. The General Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of the transportation company. Their primary role is to define strategies, make key decisions, supervise results across all departments, and ensure operations are conducted safely, profitably, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable laws. They must ensure proper utilization of the fleet, cost control, vehicle availability, service quality, fulfillment of customer contracts, personnel management, and commercial development of the company.
