Throughout our history, we have successfully managed each of our projects under high standards of quality and client satisfaction, consistently delivering favorable outcomes for our clients. **Our Business Units:** * **Construction Division**: Turnkey civil, industrial, retail, and corporate construction projects. * **Implementation Division**: Electromechanical, SCI (Security, Communication & Information), and specialized maintenance and installation services. * **Real Estate Division**: Acquisition, sale, and leasing of high-value residential properties, commercial spaces, and industrial warehouses. * **Legal Department**: Corporate law, government liaison services, and contract negotiation. **Job Requirements:** We are seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR (ESTIMATES)** to prepare and monitor administrative controls generated on-site—including estimates, change orders, material supplies, etc.—as well as payment requests. * Statutory benefits * Base salary * Monday to Saturday work schedule * Continuous training **Education:** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture **Additional Training:** * Project Management * Project Monitoring and Control Tools **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in this role. **Competencies:** Leadership, logistics management, planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, proficiency with technological tools, organization, time management, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, stress management, results orientation, accountability, customer focus, time administration. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Knowledge of construction regulations and codes. * Experience preparing estimates and generators. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Project planning. * Problem Analysis and Resolution: Ability to identify problems, analyze potential solutions, and implement the most appropriate one. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand projects: engineering documents, budgets, contractors, bill-of-materials breakdowns. * Support project planning. * Ensure adherence to the financial schedule. * Understand the client’s reconciliation process for validation of estimates, change orders, and extras. * Prepare estimates and generators timely and accurately, ensuring client validation—including change orders, routine estimates, and extras. * Prepare, manage, and track the change order format for client validation. * Maintain the site change control log. * Prepare cost update (PU) documents for change orders and request validation from the Cost and Budgeting Department. * Complete control forms: progress reports, change orders, estimates, workforce reports. * Review and validate contractors’ weekly estimates and generators. * Support planned procurement of required supplies. * Request contractor estimate payments once validated by the site coordinator. * Conduct administrative closeout of projects with clients and contractors. * Manage petty cash. * Process personnel onboarding and offboarding at the site, and support HR with any on-site staffing requirements. * Request payments for services, accommodation, per diems, etc. * Request monthly SUA (IMSS) payments from contractors, linked to Siroc.
