Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking: **SUPERVISOR FOR TELEPHONE AND INTERNET INSTALLATIONS** We are looking for a Supervisor to become an integral part of our operational process with experience managing our operations. The candidate must be competent and capable of understanding complex instructions or operations, working in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service. The candidate must be able to optimize daily activities while reducing costs and contributing to profitability. Your objective will be to ensure operational processes deliver maximum-quality services in an efficient manner. QUALIFICATIONS: * Interest in fieldwork. * Validate weekly/monthly fuel consumption reports for each unit. * Verify staff attendance (using physical support, Trino, etc.). * Ensure all technicians have assigned workloads with proper follow-up. * Verify that all technicians have complete tools, equipment, and materials. * Collect R\-20 forms (physical service orders) from each technician in the field. * On-site verification of installations. * Ensure priority orders are attended to (with support from schedule, Trino, etc.). * Send photographic evidence of installations reviewed and validated during the day. (VETEC) * Send daily production report of new service orders to construction supervisor (Trino). * Send daily report of complaint resolution in production to construction supervisor.
