Organizational skills, leadership, and teamwork **HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator in Manzanillo, Colima** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements Engineering or Bachelor's degree Experience in last-mile delivery, highway transport, and warehousing Minimum 3 years as Operations Coordinator Experience in Distribution Centers Logistics experience SAP experience KPI management experience. * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proven ability to lead and coordinate operations and work teams. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including all three shifts and weekends, based on operational needs. * Excellent leadership, teamwork, self-learning, honesty, and loyalty.
