**Farmasal.** We are a franchise of similar pharmacies looking for a new team member to join our team. **General Information** * Position: Pharmacy Supervisor * Area: Sales / Operations / Administration * Reports to: Sales Manager * Personnel in charge: Counter seller / pharmacy manager / pharmacy assistant **Position Purpose** To supervise, coordinate, and control the commercial, operational, and administrative activities of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with sales, regulatory, and customer service objectives, guaranteeing profitability and efficient branch operations. **Functions and Responsibilities** 1\. Commercial / Sales * Achieve and monitor branch sales and profitability targets. * Supervise proper display, rotation, and promotion of medications and products. * Train and motivate sales staff in customer service techniques and consultative selling. 2\. Operational * Ensure proper inventory control. * Supervise processes of receiving, storage, and dispensing of medications according to health regulations. * Coordinate work roles, schedules, and staff coverage. * Maintain optimal order, cleanliness, and presentation of the pharmacy. 3\. Administrative * Prepare and submit payroll drafts. * Control and supervise cash handling and cash register audits. * Control and supervise maintenance of vehicles. * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate procedures. Required Profile * Education: Technical / Bachelor's degree * Experience: 2\-3 years in sales * Knowledge: Inventory management. Sales and customer service techniques.
