**We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Tecomán** **WE OFFER** * Weekly pay of 2,500.00 net * Statutory benefits * Work hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday (with 2 hours for lunch) and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed bachelor's degree * 6 months of experience in Human Resources areas (professional internships, scholarship programs, or assistant roles) * Basic experience in file management, recruitment assistance, and payroll incident handling **Specific knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and current labor regulations * Office suite (Intermediate Excel) * Recruitment platforms (OCC, Indeed, Computrabajo, social media) * Basic skills in contract preparation and document control **Job responsibilities:** **1. Administrative and management tasks:** * Assist in recruitment, selection, and hiring processes * Manage and update physical and digital personnel files * Record and update attendance incidents (attendance, tardiness, absences) * Assist in drafting contracts, letters, and employment documents * Monitor contract expirations and renewals **2. Operational and field tasks:** * Register and manage employee enrollments, terminations, and changes with IMSS * Assist in payroll processing (data entry, validation of incidents, preliminary calculations) * Control work uniforms, personal protective equipment, and distribution of work materials * Participate in onboarding sessions for new employees **3.
