Job Summary: This position involves the legal review of import/export entry documents (pedimentos) and their annexes, foreign trade advisory services, and management of customs incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal review and support for imports and exports. 2. Specialized advisory services in foreign trade. 3. Management and resolution of customs incidents. Job Description: Review of pedimentos and annexes to ensure legal compliance for Imports and Exports Advisory support to account executives on foreign trade matters Completion of customs adjudication reports in the SIR Adjudication Module Management and control of fine and compensation payments Defense management via official platforms before customs authorities Preparation of formal written submissions to resolve customs incidents Compilation of case files for customs incidents Maintenance of the customs incident tracking log and notification to Quality upon occurrence of any incident; request for extraordinary services Cross-checking of pedimentos against annexes and prior evidence Verification of error corrections in second-round adjudications Review of pedimento data capture reports Identification and notification to account executives of applicable tariff regulations and restrictions for the goods Handling of customs inspections with discrepancies prior to fine imposition Providing foreign trade advisory services to clients upon prior authorization, with copy to Operations Manager Providing foreign trade advisory services to clients via videoconference or phone call in the presence of Operations Manager or Account Executive Management and maintenance of motorcycles Compliance with processes related to Physical Security, Information Security, and Supply Chain Security (Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) Position Type: Full-time Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
