Job Summary: We are seeking a Distributor Development Manager to lead the expansion and strengthening strategy for our light vehicle distribution network. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement distributor network development strategies 2. Coordinate the growth of new dealerships 3. Analyze markets and business opportunities in the last mile We are looking for a **DISTRIBUTOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** **PROVEN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN LIGHT VEHICLE DISTRIBUTOR NETWORKS IS MANDATORY — ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.** **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 5 years in strategy development, expansion, and strengthening of light transportation vehicle distributor networks. **EDUCATION:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, implement, and execute the development, expansion, and strengthening strategy for light transportation vehicle distributor networks focused on last-mile solutions, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, profitability, geographic coverage, and brand quality standards. * Coordinate the establishment and growth of new dealerships on behalf of the company. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new commercial partners for geographic expansion. * Analyze potential markets and business opportunities within the last-mile segment. * Maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, e-commerce). * Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor results.
