




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates workshop activities, including repair tracking, personnel management, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical consultation and assignment of tasks to workshop staff 2. Tracking of unit repairs and spare parts control 3. Development and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans Reviewing the status of units in the workshop Providing technical consultation to workshop staff Assigning tasks to workshop staff Supervising workshop staff activities Tracking pending spare parts Monitoring unit repairs in the workshop and with external suppliers Handling phone inquiries and/or coordinating roadside assistance for units experiencing failures en route Entering information into various files (Workshop Summary, KPIs, Maintenance Expense Analysis) Supplier development Entering information into the system (opening service orders) Developing and monitoring preventive maintenance plans for tractors Controlling and/or assigning units to operators Controlling the availability of repaired equipment in the workshop (reporting via messages in WhatsApp group) Reviewing and controlling expenses at the spare parts warehouse Monitoring attendance records of assigned staff (pre-payroll) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
