




Job Objective Responsible for analyzing, structuring, and supporting TikTok E-commerce operations using key data from creator videos, livestreams, Flash Sales, inventory, and Ads—aiming to optimize GMV, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities **1. Short Video Analysis (Creators / Shoppable Videos)** * Analyze creator video performance using key metrics such as Completion Rate, CTR, GPM, and Video Views. * Identify patterns and characteristics of viral or high-performing videos. * Generate actionable insights to optimize content, improve video structure, and support affiliate and creator strategies. * Produce periodic video performance reports. **2. Livestream Analysis and Support** * Analyze key livestream data, including product-level performance, hourly GMV, Flash Sales (timing, duration, and impact), and product-level conversion rates. * Support Flash Sale planning by selecting products, defining optimal timing, and recommending duration. * Collaborate on forecasting required inventory for livestreams. * Support the operations team in optimizing livestream execution. **3. Ads and Performance** * Analyze ad campaign performance, considering investment, generated GMV, and ROI. * Support budget optimization, campaign timing, and coordination among Ads, Livestreams, and Videos. * Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients. **4. Data Hub and Operational Support** * Centralize and organize data from videos, livestreams, Flash Sales, inventory, and Ads. * Build clear dashboards and reports for the operations team. * Support strategic, data-driven decision-making. * Work closely with Operations, Growth, Creator, and Client/Brand teams. Key KPIs * Identification of high-performing videos. * Improvement in GPM and hourly GMV. * Accuracy of inventory forecasts. * Optimization of Ads ROI. * Operational efficiency in livestreams and campaigns. Requirements * Experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or social commerce. * Familiarity with digital metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROI, GMV, etc. * Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestreaming, or affiliate programs (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Plus (Preferred) * Prior experience with TikTok Shop, TSP, or agencies. * Proficiency with dashboard tools such as Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI. * Experience working with creators or brands. * Knowledge of Flash Sales and promotional campaigns.
