




Responsible for performing diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on transportation units. Requires experience in automotive and diesel mechanics, handling of manual, pneumatic and diagnostic tools, as well as technical knowledge in diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, air, suspension, steering and transmission. In addition, must ensure compliance with basic safety regulations and maintain assigned units in optimal condition. **Requirements:** * Education: High school or Automotive Technician. * Valid driver's license. * 2–4 years of experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic. * Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering and transmission. * Proficiency with manual, pneumatic and diagnostic tools. * Ability to read scanner codes. * Basic industrial safety knowledge. **Functions:** * Diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Repair of mechanical and electrical systems. * Service documentation and proper tool usage. **Skills/Attitudes:** * Analytical skills, teamwork, responsibility, organization and sense of urgency. **We offer:** * $34,440 gross monthly salary. * Weekly pay. * Grocery vouchers $1,100\. * Savings fund. * 30% vacation bonus. * 20 days year-end bonus.
