Job Summary:
Responsible for entering and validating customs entries, reviewing customs documentation, tracking operations, and coordinating with departments.

**Responsibilities:**
* Enter and validate customs entries in the system.
* Review customs documentation and import/export data.
* Track operations and update information.
* Organize and safeguard physical and digital files.
* Identify and report documentation inconsistencies.
* Provide administrative support and generate departmental reports.
* Coordinate with operational departments and customs agents.
* Ensure compliance with foreign trade deadlines and regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Customs / Bachelor's degree in International Business
* Technical requirement: Familiarity with systems, customs portals, and customs yards.
* Knowledge of the Customs Law, restrictions, and tariff regulations
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a customs entry clerk
