Position Summary: We are seeking a Service and Repair Technician for multifunctional devices with experience across various brands and knowledge of network connectivity to handle both on-site and remote ticket resolution. Key Highlights: 1. On-site or field support for tickets assigned by the Help Desk. 2. Extensive expertise in printer and multifunctional device repair. 3. Tracking and closure of tickets in the Help Desk. A printing distribution company is seeking: **Service and Repair Technician (multifunctional devices).** We are looking for Printing Equipment Technicians with experience in the following brands: Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, among others. Familiarity with these brands is mandatory for hiring, as is knowledge of network connectivity. Requirements: * Proven experience in technical support for printers and multifunctional devices. * Higher-level certification / Technical degree in systems, electronics, or related fields. * Courses or certifications (Mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of repairs for printers and multifunctional devices from the following brands: Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Experience using and handling generic consumables. Main Responsibilities: * Provide on-site or field support for tickets assigned by the Help Desk. (Hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting; spare parts and consumables delivery; remote issue resolution; telephone technical advice; support for external reports—travel allowances will be provided when assigned; equipment rehabilitation; diagnostics; and other related activities). * Track and close assigned tickets in the Help Desk. * Maintain order and organization in report documentation. * Submit reports/manuals requested by the department head. * When working on-site (at government or private institutions), comply with internal rules and programs. * Maintain primary communication with the Help Desk coordinator and direct supervisor.
