Since 2008, Yara has played an important role in Mexico; therefore, considering the importance of this market to the Company, we aim to add talent to our team to continue developing our position in the region. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Supervise and lead the packaging and blending operational team, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, product handling, and operational excellence standards. * Ensure timely, volumetric, and specification-compliant execution of the daily production plan, minimizing deviations, rework, and downtime. * Optimize the use of human, material, and technical resources to ensure an efficient cost per ton produced. * Guarantee control and accuracy of finished goods and bulk inventory, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and control policies. * Actively participate in daily production and dispatch planning, contributing to the optimization of operational indicators and service levels. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: line efficiency, stoppage time, waste, safety incidents, and plan adherence. * Ensure the recording, analysis, and documentation of production stoppages, promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Implement and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and process standardization. * Conduct risk assessments and safe work analyses (SWA), promoting a preventive culture and reinforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate effectively with Inventory, Dispatch, Planning, and Maintenance departments to ensure operational continuity and high customer service levels. * Conduct operational walkthroughs (Handling Walk) to verify storage conditions of bulk products and ensure their proper preservation. **Profile** ----------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory or operational management roles, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement continuous improvement programs. * Intermediate Excel skills, proficiency in macros. * Lean manufacturing. * Six Sigma. * ERP SAP, Oracle usage and handling. * Relevant degrees such as Industrial Engineering, Industrial Process Engineering, Productive Systems Engineering, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, or Industrial Administration. **Additional Information** -------------------------- "As a global organization, we actively strive to reflect societal diversity.
