Attend to members and prospects Information delivery: Provide information to members via WhatsApp and social media. **In-person prospect handling:** Conduct gym tours. Explain benefits: 24/7 access, air conditioning, app, nutritionist, water dispensers, internet, multi-club access, hot showers, fruit Wednesdays, coffee Fridays, free classes included in membership, etc. **Events and activities:** Organize one monthly event off-site with members. Participate with a positive attitude and willingness. Adhere to event schedules (considered work hours). Propose and organize in-gym activities to foster community (challenges, raffles, contests). Actively participate in these activities. **Collections:** The corporate office maintains a monthly collection calendar indicating the dates when automatic system collections occur. Send WhatsApp messages to members who have not paid their memberships after each of the five monthly collection dates. Offer discounts to encourage payments from delinquent members, based on debt level: **1 month overdue:** No discount. **2 months overdue:** Single payment of $1,000.00, regardless of total amount. **3 months overdue:** 50% discount on total debt. **4 months overdue:** 60% discount as a final attempt before removal. Perform system removal upon reaching four months of debt, during the third collection of the month. Use the first two collection dates to offer final discounts. **Cleaning and organization** **Work areas:** Keep reception and management areas clean, without personal items left behind at shift end. Clean shared equipment such as refrigerators and microwaves. Do not leave food on desks, shelves, or other areas where it could attract insects. Dispose of disposable food containers outside the location to prevent bad odors. **Gym equipment:** Keep spray bottles filled with cleaning solution. Clean the coffee machine after each use (especially on Fridays). **Music and screens:** Play music at the beginning of the shift and turn it off at the end. Adjust volume according to occupancy (volume 20 when full, volume 12 when empty). Use music appropriate for the environment (no violent or inappropriate content). **Refrigerator:** Turn on the light at the beginning of the shift and switch to night mode at the end. Ensure it is always stocked with products (request weekly restocking).
