Promote autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a proactive, curious, and highly problem-solving-oriented Scrum Master. This role is critical in leading the agility transformation and implementation across the entire account—not only within development teams. The primary objective is to ensure proper adoption of the Scrum framework, acting as a facilitative leader and change agent who teaches various departments how to apply these methodologies. You will be responsible for guiding the organization toward higher levels of agile maturity, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement to exceed time, quality, and scope objectives. REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Systems, Administration, Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile teams and facilitating technology projects in software development (not infrastructure). It is essential to have experience introducing agile practices into environments that previously did not use them. * **Personal Skills:** Highly proactive, curious, self-taught profile with initiative to solve problems and excellent pedagogical skills. * **Certifications:** Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Coach are a plus. * **Languages:** Intermediate to advanced English. **Essential Technical Skills** * Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies; solid knowledge of agile values and artifacts (Sprint, Product Backlog, Increment). * Efficient identification and removal of impediments, dependency and risk management. * Mentoring skills, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership. * Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, or other agile work tracking and documentation tools. * Team performance monitoring, analysis and presentation of agile metrics, visual management (boards, dashboards). * Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams or projects simultaneously. Ability to drive effective retrospectives and plan improvement actions. * **Desirable Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe. * Experience in the retail sector. **Responsibilities:** * **Lead Agile Transformation:** Implement agility across the entire account, designing strategies for adoption beyond IT teams. * **Organizational Training and Coaching:** Educate, train, and raise awareness among other departments and new team members about agile methodologies and mindset. * **Facilitation of Ceremonies:** Lead and ensure effectiveness of Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. * **Impediment Management:** Proactively identify, manage, and remove any obstacles impacting team flow and performance. * **Foster Continuous Improvement:** Guide teams to identify opportunities for optimizing their processes and working dynamics. * **Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with the Product Owner on managing and refining the Product Backlog to ensure requirement clarity. * **Promote Transparency:** Measure, report, and communicate progress and risks using key agile metrics.
