Description
Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and Customs, Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Bachelor's Degree in International Business, or related fields.
**Experience**
* Knowledge of Annex 22, customs entry form (pedimento) filing.
* Proficiency in using the CASA system.
* Knowledge of RRNA.
* Familiarity with Mexican regulatory standards.
* Knowledge of scheduling at port terminals.
* Relationships with shipping lines at ports.
* Coordination of customs clearance procedures.
Specific Requirements:
* Educational level: Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or Customs / Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
* Technical requirement: Knowledge of systems, customs portals, and container yards.
* Knowledge of the Customs Law, restrictions, and tariff regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Customer service.
* Documentation of handling operations, payment of customs entry forms (pedimentos), payments to shipping lines, detention fee settlements, and guarantee recoveries.
* Daily activity planning with support staff.
* Monthly updating of customer records and data.
* Multitasking skills.
* Revalidation.
* Coordination and execution of export operations (empty container pickup, booking documentation on portals, scheduling inbound handling operations).
* Maintaining organized files, references, and case folders.
* Supervision and control of operations.
* Coordination with customers, importers, and exporters to ensure timely shipments.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
2-hour lunch break (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM\)
Position Type: Full-time.
Salary: $20,000\.00 per month.
