




Job Summary: Support the comprehensive management of personnel, administration of personnel files, employee assistance, and coordination of internal events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel files and reports 2. Provides attention and follow-up to employees 3. Coordinates internal events and training RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain up-to-date personnel files. Prepare incident reports. Handle internal HR systems for onboarding and offboarding. Provide assistance and follow-up regarding employee inquiries. Support the recruitment process. Coordinate logistics for internal events and training. Draft employment certificates and internal announcements. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Manage the distribution of payroll slips and identification cards. REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of personnel administration. Proficiency in office software for report preparation. Proficiency in office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information. Communication skills and empathy. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing files.
