





We are seeking a Cook A Job responsibilities: Support cleaning and disinfection of equipment, work areas, and culinary utensils Use machinery and tools correctly Know disinfection procedures and safe food handling practices Handle and serve from both hot and cold kitchen lines Know and perform vegetable and fruit cutting techniques Prepare and condition raw materials for service Prepare daily meals Apply appropriate cooking techniques for dish preparation Use necessary raw materials while minimizing waste and ingredient loss Inspect products to ensure they are in good condition Label products to facilitate handling Store products according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system Comply with sanitary and safety policies for food and beverage handling Store prepared raw materials following hygiene standards and proper labeling Specific competencies: - Skill and passion for cooking. - Willingness to receive instructions. - Ability to work under pressure.
