Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive operational efficiency and implement improvement methodologies in manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization A committed, analytical, and results-oriented Continuous Improvement Supervisor who enhances operational efficiency by implementing improvement methodologies across our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Coordinate continuous improvement projects and monitor their implementation. Train operational staff on improvement tools and organizational culture. Measure and report results using key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Education: Industrial, Textile, or Process Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or production processes. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools (certification preferred). Advanced Excel skills and data analysis software proficiency. Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
