




**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Offer and sell unit availability to customers, document requested orders, and ensure timely shipment follow-up. Meet customer requirements and expectations throughout the entire process, from order receipt to service completion. Additionally, manage the retrieval of evidence according to client instructions, ensuring proper closure of each operation. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in **customer service or logistics within port trucking**. * Knowledge of port operations and transportation regulations. * Proficiency in Excel and transportation management tools. * Clear communication and organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers via phone, email, and messages. * Coordinate the arrival and departure of transportation units. * Monitor and follow up on incidents and delays. * Maintain communication with operators and port personnel. * Generate daily operational reports.
