JOB DETAILS: * Position available through the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” (Youth Building the Future) program. * Age: Between 23 and 29 years old We seek an honest, responsible, results-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, flexible individual capable of operating machinery; prior experience in a similar role and technical knowledge are advantageous. Responsibilities: \- Enforce the production schedule by effectively and efficiently managing all resources. \- Maintain hygienic conditions in facilities and the production area. \- Operate production machinery. \- Assist in the company’s production processes. \- Participate directly in the production process, operate specified machinery and tools required for product transformation, follow production specifications step-by-step, and verify that quality control procedures during production are properly implemented. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education or technical degree. \- Full-time position. \- Minimum experience in a production line, food industry, or related field.
