Job Summary: The Quality Engineering Technician supports quality engineering processes to ensure the highest product standards through inspections, testing, and analysis. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Quality Engineering Technician**, you will play a key role in supporting our quality engineering processes to ensure products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to conduct inspections, testing, and analysis that drive continuous improvement and sustain product excellence. In this role, you will directly impact product quality and reliability by identifying defects, performing root cause analysis, and supporting corrective actions. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential to maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This includes helping build a strong and diverse team through talent attraction, successor identification and development, retention and engagement promotion, and fostering an inclusive culture. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical Program (student, recent graduate, or incomplete studies). * At least 1 year of experience in quality engineering or quality control roles. * Solid knowledge of quality inspection techniques, test procedures, and root cause analysis. * Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and measurement instruments. * Blueprint interpretation. * Knowledge of the 5 Whys. * Knowledge of quality management systems and applicable regulatory standards for manufacturing. Excel proficiency. * **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Advanced technical certifications or an associate degree in quality or engineering disciplines. * Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors. * Proficiency in quality software and data analysis tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement. * Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. \#LI\-Onsite * Conduct quality inspections and testing on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications. * Analyze data and support root cause investigations to identify and resolve quality issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. * Maintain accurate quality documentation and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
