Improve and update production processes in the paint area of the division. **Key Responsibilities** * Define processes, including documentation and implementation, ensuring products meet customer specifications. * Ensure achievement of production KPIs such as FTQ and OEE. * Actively participate in implementation of continuous improvement processes to achieve cost reduction, increased productivity, and improved product quality. * Participate in the implementation process of new products. * Develop application parameters and paths for new products. * Provide training support on equipment usage and process parameters for technical and operational staff. * Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for paint area processes. * Responsible for maintaining and updating the database containing paint application programs. **Education and Experience** * Completed university degree; chemical engineering preferred. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. **Required Competencies** * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of 5S methodology. * Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. * Knowledge of Core Tools. * Knowledge of automated paint lines and spray application on plastics. (Desirable) * Knowledge of coating processes, paint touch-up, and finessing.
