




Lead and execute the Comprehensive Training Plan, ensuring effective integration (Onboarding) of new employees and that existing staff maintain and enhance their competencies for optimal performance of their duties, assimilating changes in processes. REQUIREMENTS: Design, plan, and deliver Corporate Induction programs. Coordinate process-specific training. Develop and update instructional materials and courses for process training and change management. · Knowledge of and follow-up on course accreditation procedures. Experience in activities related to NOM-035-STPS-2018 (Psychosocial Risk Factors). · Development and administration of the E-learning platform. · Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) (Desirable). · Design and deliver courses on **operational processes** or the use of new tools/systems. · Manage documentation of delivered training, including attendance lists and effectiveness evaluations. Knowledge and experience in post-training evaluations. Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Pedagogy, or related fields; or completed high school education with Quality-related knowledge. · Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Desirable). · Knowledge of NOM-035 (Mandatory). · Effective communication. · Proactive attitude, process control.
