Age: 28–45 years old Experience: 3+ years leading coffee bars Education: Technical degree in gastronomy, barista studies, or related field preferred Schedule: Full-time (option to rotate between 2 shifts); 1-hour lunch break * Responsibilities: Supervise coffee bar operations and Místico Café quality standards. Prepare signature beverages and ensure consistency. Train baristas in techniques, service, and customer mindfulness. Manage inventory, costs, and requisitions.
