Role Purpose Lead the evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) from a compliance framework into a business performance engine. This role operates with high autonomy and leadership influence, ensuring integration, enabling operational excellence, and direct contribution to operational results. Key Responsibilities * Define and drive the QMS under ISO 9001 standards * Lead process reengineering. * Establish governance frameworks and lead management reviews. * Define and manage system KPIs * Coordinate audits and ensure effective compliance * Drive system adoption across all levels * Lead and influence cross\-functional teams Required profile * Engineering degree * \+10 years in QMS automotive industry (ISO 9001 \& IATF 16949\) * Experience leading teams * Experience in process transformation and integrated management systems.
