Job Summary: This role manages and implements the quality management system and continuous improvement in production, applying Lean Construction philosophy while ensuring staff training. Is part of one of the top 100 best companies to work for in Mexico. **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the top 100 best companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our Corporate Team:** **LEAN FACILITATOR** Manages and implements the quality management system and continuous improvement in the production process on-site, leveraging Lean Construction philosophy, while ensuring all information is up to date, staff are trained, and improvement programs are stabilized in coordination with the Site Management. **Responsibilities:** Plan and ensure results regarding quality, time, and cost on construction projects. Foster Lean Construction culture to improve production quality, timelines, and costs. Guarantee detection and prevention of risks related to failure to meet commitments and objectives concerning Quality and Time.
