Requirements: Technical degree or engineering-related field (electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or similar) Knowledge: Experience in industrial and building maintenance. Knowledge of electricity and medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and gas systems installations. Operation of forklifts and aerial work platforms. Basic knowledge of refrigeration and evaporative cooling units. Work at heights. Painting tasks. Welding tasks. Plumbing tasks. Landscaping tasks. Focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Prior Experience: 3–4 years of building maintenance experience. Availability: Willingness to travel within YNCA. Basic English proficiency.
